The Mid-Atlantic College Radio Conference-- founded in 1997, and held on the campus of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.-- will take place on April 1 and 2. The conference, which this year will feature more than 50 artists, combines "booked bands not on a major label and applied bands that are selected by a blind listening committee."
